Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 1, 2026

1. Introduction

NasLab is a product of Osool, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our AI-powered human behavior simulation platform ("Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: account information (name, email address), simulation scenarios and configurations you create, uploaded documents for analysis, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe). We also collect information automatically: usage data (simulations run, features used, timestamps), device and browser information, IP address, and cookies for session management and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Service; (b) process transactions and manage your subscription; (c) generate AI simulations based on your scenarios; (d) send service-related communications; (e) monitor usage for security and abuse prevention; (f) analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve our platform; and (g) comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. Simulation data and results are stored in encrypted databases. Uploaded files are processed for text extraction and stored securely in cloud storage with access controls.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy); AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others) for generating simulation responses — scenario data is sent to these providers for processing but is not used to train their models; Cloud hosting providers for infrastructure and data storage; and Analytics services for understanding usage patterns. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the Service. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect Service functionality.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) object to or restrict certain processing; (e) request data portability; and (f) withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Simulation data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or financial record-keeping).

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
