1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using NasLab ("Service"), a product of Osool, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
NasLab is an AI-powered human behavior simulation platform that enables users to test decisions, products, campaigns, and policies on simulated human personas before real-world deployment. The Service generates synthetic personas based on demographic and psychographic parameters, simulates their responses to user-defined scenarios, and produces analytical reports with insights and recommendations. Results are AI-generated simulations and should not be treated as actual human research data.
3. Account Terms
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over to the next billing period. Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models; (c) use simulation results to make claims about real individuals or groups without appropriate disclaimers; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; (e) exceed your plan's usage limits through automated or programmatic means; or (f) interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by Osool, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the scenarios and data you submit to the Service. Simulation results generated by the Service are licensed to you for your internal use. You may not claim AI-generated personas or simulation outputs as original human research.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osool, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that simulation results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated personas and their responses are synthetic approximations and should not be relied upon as substitutes for actual market research or human feedback.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period following termination. You may request export of your data before account closure.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
